myIs: A New Digital Dashboard for Ministry of Education Services
myIs is a new Android app from the Ministry of Education and Merit that provides a new digital dashboard for accessing services, information, and communications from the ministry. The app aims to provide simplicity, speed, and transparency to bring the administration closer to the user, making the services offered even more straightforward and immediate.
The app welcomes the most commonly used services by users, becoming a unified and always accessible digital dashboard. To access the app, users need to be registered in the reserved area of the Ministry, while to consult all the sections of the app, users need to be enabled for the Istanze OnLine service. The new application currently allows users to:
1. View all open and submitted instances;
2. Check the status of the employment contract;
3. Verify the position in the ranking;
4. Follow the selection process of the competition in which the user participated;
5. Delegate another person to operate on Istanze OnLine;
6. Connect and validate PEC data;
7. Be updated in real-time on the latest news.
The app also features a notification system that ensures constant updates on deadlines and news in the world of education. Users can add a reminder directly to their personal calendar if they wish to do so.
